Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1\\2 C. Flour
    3 C Sugar
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 tsp. Nutmeg
    2 tsp. Baking Soda
    1 C. Oil
    2\\3 C. Water
    4 Eggs
    2 C. Pumpkin (1 can)
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 min. Let pans cool 10 min. Loosen edges around pan.
    Remove loaves and place on cooling rack. Let cool completly. Then wrap tightly. Can be frozen.
