Oatmeal Scotchies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. butter, softened
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. oats, uncooked (quick or old fashioned)
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) Nestle Toll House butterscotch flavored morsels
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
    In bowl, beat butter, both sugars, eggs and vanilla extract until creamy.
    Gradually add flour mixture.
    Stir in oats and morsels.
    Drop by level tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for
    7 to 8 minutes for chewier cookies, or 9 to 10 minutes for crisper cookies.
    Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
