Ingredients

3 1/2 oz. butter (1 3/4 cubes)
3 1/2 oz. sugar (1 c.)
3 1/2 oz. flour (1 1/2 c. )
4 1/2 oz. potato flour (1 1/2 c.)
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
Preparation

Mix all together.
Press out onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven.
Do not overbake.
Should be very light.
