Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. finely grated zucchini
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil, added slowly
2 c. sugar, added gradually
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
Alternately mix dry ingredients with zucchini and other ingredients.
Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
