Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini, drained
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil.
Add the five dry ingredients.
Add the zucchini, pineapple, raisins and nuts.
Mix and bake in 2 loaf pans or in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
