Spanish Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb diced potatoes
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 lg chopped onion
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    6oz cubed cooked sausage
    8 3/4oz whole kernel corn
    1 tbsp oregano
Preparation
    Heat oil in large saucepan, add onion and cook for 2-3 min. Add potatoes and cook for 1-2 min. Stir broth into pan, season with salt, pepper bring to boil.
    Reduce heat and cook for 10 min. Add sausage and corn. Bring to boil then simmer for 10 more min. Stir in oregano then pour into bowls. Serve with tortillas.
