Anise Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/3 c. of 4x sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. anise oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar for 30 minutes.
    Time is important. Add flour and anise and blend well.
    Drop from spoon to a greased cookie sheet and decorate with colored sugar. Do not press down. Cover with wax paper and let stand over night.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 about 15 minutes.
    Store in tight can with 1 apple for 2 to 3 weeks.
