Holiday Breakfast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. coconut
    2 bananas
    1 large (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients; add blended eggs and oil.
    Add remaining 5 ingredients.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes.
