Sinfully Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat all ingredients together and pour into a greased 2 quart casserole.
Cover with topping and bake 30 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
