Salted Peanut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. sour milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. oatmeal
2 eggs
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1 c. salted peanuts

Preparation

Cream together sugar, brown sugar and shortening.
Dissolve soda in sour milk and add flour, baking powder and oatmeal along with the eggs.
Add corn flakes and peanuts.
Bake at 375\u00b0.
