Texas Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large onions, sliced
2 green peppers, cut fine
3 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. hamburger
2 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 c. regular rice, raw
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook onions and peppers slowly in oil until soft.
Add hamburger and cook until brown.
Add tomatoes, rice and seasonings.
Bake in covered casserole at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
