Quiche Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thin sliced unpared zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. Italian cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients with beaten eggs. Spread in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake until golden brown. Cut in pieces.
    Easy and delicious.
