Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 heaping Tbsp. butter flavored Crisco
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 heaping Tbsp. baking powder
    2 pinches baking soda
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
    Melt Crisco in cast-iron skillet.
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Add buttermilk and mix with hands, adding more flour, if necessary.
    Divide dough into 9 equal balls. Flatten each ball.
    Lay in skillet in melted Crisco and turn to coat both sides of biscuit with Crisco.
