Aunt Sheryl'S Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 c. thawed strawberries (2 sq. boxes)
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat oil and eggs; add dry ingredients and mix well.
Add nuts and strawberries.
Mix together.
Grease and flour six mini loaves.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
