Low Calorie Hot Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, diced
1/4 c. rice, uncooked
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
Preparation

Cut cabbage in 1/2-inch wedges and place in bottom of casserole.
Brown hamburger and onions and drain off excess fat. Add rice and place on top of cabbage.
Mix tomato soup with can of water and heat.
Pour over all and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
