Monkey Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pkg. refrigerator biscuits
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter
Preparation

Separate biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a plastic bag.
Put biscuits in bag and shake to coat each piece.
Grease bundt pan.
Layer biscuits in pan (one on top of the other).
Melt butter in pot and pour in leftover sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Keep stirring until sugar dissolves. Sugar and butter will start to carmelize.
Pour biscuits in pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and invert into dish.
Serve at once.
