Lemon Bars(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. Egg Beaters
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
powdered sugar
Preparation

In medium
bowl, combine 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Place crumbs on bottom
of greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until slightly brown.
