Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 medium overripe bananas
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins or nuts
Preparation
    Blend bananas, milk, egg and salad oil in large mixing bowl until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 12-inch Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans, sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
