Pretzel Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pretzels
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (strawberry, raspberry or cherry)
2 c. hot water
2 pkg. frozen strawberries (20 oz.)
dash of lemon juice
Preparation

Mix together the pretzels, sugar and margarine.
Spread in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 10 minutes.
Cool.
Mix cheese and 1 cup sugar.
Add Cool Whip and dash of lemon juice.
Put in refrigerator 2 hours.
