Cinnamon Cookies(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. Sucaryl
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream butter until light and fluffy.
    Blend in flour and baking powder.
    Mix together.
    Mix Sucaryl, vanilla and milk. Stir into flour mixture and mix thoroughly.
    Sprinkle cinnamon over dough and knead.
    Shape dough into balls about 1/2-inch in diameter and arrange on a cookie sheet.
    Flatten balls with a fork dipped in cold water.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
