Cheese Ring - "Plains Special" - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. grated cheese
1 c. chopped nuts
black pepper
1 small onion, grated very fine
1 c. mayonnaise
dash of red pepper

Preparation

Mix and mold in ring.
Place in refrigerator until chilled. Unmold onto plate and fill center with strawberry preserves. Serve with Waverly crackers.
Serves 20 to 25.
