Bread Or Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 to 7 c. flour
2 c. warm water
1 egg
4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix in large bowl warm water and yeast.
Stir until foamy; add small amount of sugar to help dissolve yeast.
Add egg, butter, salt and remaining sugar.
Stir well.
Add flour and mix until dough comes free of hands.
Let stand to rise in bowl 2 hours. Roll dough into loaves or rolls (rolling just enough to form into shape).
If making rolls, put 3 round balls in each muffin space on pan.
Let rise another hour, then bake.
Yields 3 loaves.
Bake at 420\u00b0 for 25 minutes or 25 to 30 rolls at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
