"Apricot Bread" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 c. peanuts, chopped
1 can apricots, drained
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 egg
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well blended and lumpy.
Pour batter into a well-greased and floured loaf pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 55 to 65 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Makes 1 loaf.
