Spicy Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
1 bottle seasoned pepper

Preparation

Mix cream cheese and Ranch dressing mix in a bowl with fork or hands.
Mix until dressing is well into cream cheese.
Roll into a log.
Press seasoned pepper firmly into log until it is covered all over.
Serve with crackers or Melba toast.
