White Bread(2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. cold water
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine salt, honey and shortening; add 1 cup boiling water; dissolve.
    Add 1 cup cold water.
    Add yeast; dissolve.
    Mix in 2 cups flour, then add 2 more cups flour.
    Knead until soft.
    Put in hot greased bowl and cover for 30 minutes.
    Put in bread pans (greased).
    Let rise 30 minutes or until well risen.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Take out and butter tops.
