Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla until thick.
    Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Sift together dry ingredients and stir in zucchini mixture.
    Add raisins and nuts and blend well.
    Pour into two greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let set 10 minutes before removing.
