Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
2 c. fresh strawberries
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. strawberry gelatin
1 c. hot water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Cook water, sugar and cornstarch until clear and thick.
Add gelatin and cook until completely dissolved.
Put strawberries into baked pie shell.
Pour syrup over strawberries and chill. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
