Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon juice and rind
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs and milk.
    Mix well.
    Add dry ingredients, lemon rind and nuts.
    Beat well.
    Pour into loaf pan that has been greased and lined on bottom of pan with wax paper (cut to make it fit).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
