Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. sauerkraut, drained
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 small onion, sliced thinly
1 green pepper, sliced thinly
1 red pepper, sliced thinly
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; let stand in refrigerator overnight. Serves 6 to 8.
Keeps well for a long time.
