Pineapple-Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. nuts (walnuts)
Preparation
    Beat until fluffy the eggs, vanilla, oil and sugar.
    Add in order: zucchini, flour, salt, soda, baking powder, pineapple and nuts.
    Mix well and bake in two loaf pans that are greased and floured.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
