Teriyaki Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sirloin steak
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 small onion, minced
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. red wine
Preparation
    Remove all fat and cut steak into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Combine all other ingredients and pour over the meat.
    Let stand at least two hours, or overnight.
    Drain, reserving marinade.
