Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped
1 c. Bisquick
4 large eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
parsley, salt and pepper
3 c. grated zucchini

Preparation

Add all ingredients together.
Grease pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
