El Dorado Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Jack cheese
    1 medium bag corn chips
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 medium container sour cream
    1 medium container cottage cheese
    1 can diced black olives
    1 small can diced green chilies
    1 large onion
    1 medium green pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
Preparation
    Crumble beef and cook with onion, garlic and green pepper; drain fat.
    Add olives, tomato sauce and taco seasoning.
    Cook 5 to 8 minutes over medium heat.
    In separate bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese and green chilies.
    Shred cheese.
    Crush all but 1 cup chips.
    In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer beef, sour cream mixture, chips and cheese.
    Repeat layering; cover and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Drop temperature to 325\u00b0, uncover and bake 30 minutes. Garnish with remaining chips.
