Belgian Raisin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. scalded milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast in 1/2 c. warm water
5 1/2 c. flour
2 c. raisins
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix scalded milk, butter, salt and sugar in a large bowl.
Add beaten eggs.
Add a cup of flour, then yeast, then the rest of the flour.
Add raisins.
Knead; let rise to double in size.
Knead. Shape into loaves.
Put into loaf pans.
Let rise to double in size.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes, then sit back and enjoy.
