Lemon Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
4 eggs
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. lemon rind
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix the first 7 ingredients in order given, adding one egg at a time.
Beat well.
Bake in two (8 x 5-inch) loaf pans (greased and floured) at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Before removing from pans, mix the rest of ingredients and pour over loaves.
Let set 10 minutes.
Remove from pans; cool on wire racks.
