Olive Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1 c. Progresso spaghetti sauce
1 1/4 c. Italian style bread crumbs
18 large stuffed olives
6 strips bacon
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation

Combine first four ingredients.
Shape 1/3 of mixture into flat loaf shape in baking pan.
Center 6 olives down loaf.
Top with another 1/3 mixture.
Place two lines of olives down outer sides of loaf.
Top with remaining mixer and pat firmly.
Weave bacon over top of loaf, sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
