Mock Macadamia Nut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. white sugar
    3 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    12 oz. white chocolate, coarsely chopped
    3/4 c. lightly toasted Brazil nuts, coarsely chopped
    1 c. golden raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease cookie sheet.
    Combine flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.
    Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add vanilla; beat in dry ingredients.
    Stir in white chocolate, raisins and nuts.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes until pale golden.
    (These freeze well.)
