Ingredients

1 c. butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sifted cornstarch
3/4 c. chopped pecans
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. soft butter
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
few drops yellow food coloring
Preparation

Stir 1 cup butter to soften; add 3/4 cup powdered sugar, milk, flour and cornstarch.
Cream until well blended; chill.
Place small spoonfuls of chopped pecans 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
Shape dough into small balls and flatten each over a pile of pecans.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool. Combine remaining ingredients.
Spread over cookies.
Makes 4 dozen.
