Dishpan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
    1 c. coconut
    4 c. cornflakes
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
    Combine sugars, oil, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl (try a large stockpot or kettle).
    Mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly blended.
    Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in 325\u00b0 preheated oven about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes 9 to 12 dozen.
    These freeze well.
