Ingredients

                            1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crumbled
 
1 stick margarine, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
3 1/2 c. cold sweet milk
2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 large carton Cool Whip
Preparation
- 
                            Mix cookie crumbs and margarine, saving some crumbs to sprinkle on top.
 
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix cream cheese and milk.
Add pudding and mix well.
Pour into crust.
Spread Cool Whip on top.
Top with remaining crumbs.
