Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free cherry jello
4 tsp. cornstarch
2 c. water
Preparation

Combine and simmer 20 minutes over medium heat.
Cool.
Stir in Sweet 'N Low, 2 packages (1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon).
Place 2 cups sliced strawberries in pie shell.
Pour jello over berries in pie shell.
Chill.
Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip if sugar is allowed.
