Mini Sour Cream Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Soften butter and add sour cream.
    Mix until smooth.
    Add flour a little at a time; mix well.
    Drop 1 teaspoon in each mini muffin cup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
