English Muffin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour, divided
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. warm milk (120~ to 130~)
    2 c. warm water (120~ to 130~)
    cornmeal
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and baking soda.
    Add warm milk and water; beat on low for 30 seconds, scraping bowl often.
    Beat on high for 3 minutes, then stir in remaining flour.
    Dough will be stiff.
    Do not knead.
    Grease 2 bread pans and coat with cornmeal.
    Spoon batter into pans. Sprinkle with cornmeal.
    Cover and let rise to double in size in a warm place.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 preheated oven until golden brown. Remove from pan immediately.
    Cool.
    Slice for toasting.
