Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. mashed bananas
Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar and eggs (one at a time).
Beat well. Add bananas and fold in sifted flour and dry ingredients.
Add nuts.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
