Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat, cut in 1 inch cubes
    2 to 3 onions, chopped
    3 stalks celery, cut in 1 inch pieces
    4 carrots, cut in 1 inch pieces
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato juice or V-8 juice
    1/4 c. Minute tapioca
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. basil
    4 potatoes, cubed
Preparation
    Put everything in a roaster with a cover.
    Mix well.
    Cook for 3 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
