Fruit Cake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. chopped nuts
    8 oz. candied cherries
    8 oz. candied pineapple
    1 box chopped dates (optional)
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs, then other ingredients. Use some of the flour to coat fruit.
    Add fruit last.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
