Zucchini Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sliced zucchini (peeled or unpeeled)
    tomatoes (canned or fresh)
    ground beef, brown first and drain
    cheese, grated
    green pepper, chopped
    bread crumbs
    1 can mushroom or celery soup
Preparation
    Place a layer of each in casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. The number of servings depends on size of dish.
    One pound of hamburger in 1 1/2-quart casserole will serve 4.
