Italian Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian-style stewed tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook frozen broccoli in unsalted boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Combine eggs, soup and oregano in a bowl. Stir in tomatoes and broccoli.
    Pour the mixture into a baking pan and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
