Butterscotch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 c. butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt.
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Add flour, mixing well. Add chopped nuts.
