"Philly" Apricot And Strawberry Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Parkay margarine
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese, softened
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    apricot and strawberry preserves
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine margarine, granulated sugar and cream cheese, mixing until well blended.
    Blend in eggs, juice and peel.
    Add combined flour and baking powder; mix well.
    Chill several hours.
